Is BudgetBuddi financial advice?
No. BudgetBuddi is a planning tool only. It helps you organise income, expenses and projected cashflow, but it is not financial, accounting, tax or legal advice.
Can I download the free tool?
No. The free tool is designed for browser use only. The downloadable version is the paid Excel planner.
What do I get with the paid Excel planner?
The paid version includes a 12-month cashflow planner, dashboard, monthly summary, editable input areas and protected formulas.
Does it work outside Australia?
Yes. BudgetBuddi is designed for global use. You can use your own currency symbol and neutral categories.
Does the paid planner work in Google Sheets?
The planner is designed for Microsoft Excel. Some features may work in Google Sheets, but Excel is recommended.
Can I get a refund?
Because the paid planner is a digital download, refunds are limited. Please read the Refund Policy before purchasing.
What email should I use for support?
Email support@budgetbuddi.com and include your order email, issue and screenshots if helpful.
Are my free-tool entries saved?
No. The first version of the free tool runs in your browser and does not save your entries to an account.
